Refund policy
30 days returns
If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily refund you the cost of the product(s).

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your preferred size will still be available for exchange.
If you would like us to reserve a size, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to hold the requested size for up to 14 days while you return your item.
If we do not receive your return within 14 days, the reserved item will be released and made available for purchase again.
Step 1
Email: laura@frothnugget with your order number and your reason for returning. If the item is faulty please provide images.
Step 2
Attend your local Post Office and send your item(s) with a note of your name and email to the returns address:

*As we are a small start-up business customers will need to pay for their own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Step 3
Once we receive the returned goods we will inspect and process them:
- Please allow 7 to 14 days for your return to get back to us.
- Returns are generally processed within 7 days of reaching us.
- Returned item(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted.
- Returned Items not accepted will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost.
- Please allow 1 to 5 days for the refunds to reach your method of payment.
